CARE at SARC Program Request Form

The Campus Advocacy, Resources, and Education at the Sexual Assault Resource Center (CARE at SARC) helps create a positive, safe environment at UCSD by working with on campus student groups and organizations to coordinate educational programs. Any program can be tailored to the needs of your specific group or organization.

Due to limited staffing, we have limited availability to accommodate program/training requests at this time. We cannot entertain any requests with less than a month’s notice. We appreciate your understanding during these challenging times. We will be evaluating any inquiries for programs on a case by case basis. If you would like to discuss a potential program, please email careinfo@ucsd.edu.

*Please note that due to Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM) programming, our office will have limited capacity to take on additional campus trainings/workshops during the months of March and April. If requesting a training/workshop during these months, please provide additional dates that work for your organization in May.   

Please submit this request form 3 weeks in advance of the preferred event date. Also, due to the sensitive nature of our topics, please be aware that we expect event organizers to consult with us regarding any publicity materials, i.e. flyers or event titles.

We will not be accepting program requests for Weeks 9 and 10 in the quarter
