Due to limited staffing, we have extremely limited availability to accommodate program/training requests at this time. We cannot entertain any requests with less than a month’s notice. We appreciate your understanding during these challenging times. We will be evaluating any inquiries for programs on a case by case basis. 

Please submit the Program Request Form 3 weeks in advance of the preferred event date. Also, due to the sensitive nature of our topics, please be aware that we expect event organizers to consult with us regarding any publicity materials, i.e. flyers or event titles. If you would like to discuss a potential program, please email careinfo@ucsd.edu.

We will not be accepting program requests for Weeks 9 and 10 in the quarter.
