CARE at SARC Program Request Form

The Campus Advocacy, Resources, and Education at the Sexual Assault Resource Center (CARE at SARC) helps create a safer, positive, and more connected environment at UCSD by working with on campus student groups and organizations to coordinate educational programs. UCSD affiliates can request CARE programs through our program request form below.

Upon submission of the program request form, you will receive a follow up email from CARE at SARC staff to confirm the program and finalize details of the event. If you have questions or want to discuss custom programs, please contact careinfo@ucsd.edu. Thank you for your interest in CARE at SARC!

Before submitting your program request, please note:

• Only UCSD affiliates & campus organizations are able to request CARE programs.
• We require program requests to be submitted at least 3 weeks in advance of the preferred event date. Requests made less than 3 weeks in advance of the event date will be denied.
• We will not accept program requests during Weeks 9 and 10 of each quarter.
• Due to the sensitive nature of our topics, we expect event organizers to consult with us regarding any publicity materials, i.e. flyers or event titles.
• During March and April, our office will have limited capacity due to Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM) programming. If you are requesting a training/workshop during these months, please provide additional dates that work for your organization in May.
